Meet Lauren
Lauren is a licensed esthetician with years of hands-on experience, Lauren combines expert skincare knowledge with a deep passion for helping people feel confident in their skin. She believes in results-driven treatments that are just as relaxing as they are effective.
"My love for skin care started at a very young age. I used to watch my mother do all of her beauty treatments, and so I just followed along. I have been in the beauty industry since 2003 and have been a licensed aesthetician since 2005. I started working at Montgomery Aesthetics when it opened in 2006, and purchased the business in 2012. I always knew I wanted to own it but had to wait for the right time. I'm passionate about creating customized treatments that deliver real results, while also supporting my team and building meaningful, lasting relationships with clients."

Hannah began her career in 2005 as a Trish McEvoy makeup artist and apprenticed under a Master Aesthetician. Since joining Skin by Bishop in January 2018 she has built a loyal following through her exceptional skill in skincare treatments and body waxing, with a special expertise in Brazilian waxing. Hannah has extensive training in dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling, Hydrafacial, and Glo2Facial. Hannah is known for her precision and attention to detail, ensuring every treatment is delivered with expertise.

Kaitlyn started her journey at Skin by Bishop as an intern under the guidance of our owner and earned her aesthetician license in 2014. She has a true passion for helping clients love the skin they are in and is known for her gentle touch and customized approach to treatments. Kaitlyn has extensive training in dermaplaning, chemical peels, microneedling,
Hydrafacial, and Glo2Facial and takes pride in delivering results that leave skin looking radiant and healthy.
