3. Gift Cards
• Redemption: Gift cards may be used for eligible services or products at Skin by Bishop.
• Expiration: Unless prohibited by law, gift cards do not expire.
• Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except
where required by law.
• Lost/Stolen Cards: We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of gift
cards.
4. Product Return & Refund Policy
• We do not accept returns on products unless the product is defective.
• All defective product returns must be approved by management before processing.
• Approved returns will be issued as a business credit only. No cash or credit card refunds
will be given.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and within 14 days of purchase.
5. Client Inquiry Form
When you submit an inquiry form, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information.
Submitting false or misleading details may result in refusal of service.

To ensure the highest standard of care, all clients are required to complete a client intake form and consent documents on an annual basis. Services cannot be performed without current paperwork on file.
