Skin by Bishop is seeking an exceptional Spa Operations Manager to join our team.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience while keeping the daily operations of the spa running smoothly. We are looking for someone who is polished, professional, highly organized, and passionate about serving others.
The ideal candidate is proactive, anticipates needs before they arise, notices the smallest details, and thrives in a fast paced environment. This person takes ownership, solves problems, and helps create the exceptional experience Skin by Bishop is known for.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
‍

• Oversee the daily operations of the spa.
• Deliver an exceptional client experience from arrival to departure.
• Manage scheduling, phones, and front office operations.
• Assist clients with skincare, makeup, and retail purchases.
• Support the team by anticipating needs and solving problems before they arise.
• Maintain a beautiful, organized, and welcoming environment.
• Help ensure the spa operates efficiently every day.

• Professional, polished appearance with excellent personal presentation.
• Strong makeup application skills.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to stand and move throughout the workday.
