Skin by Bishop is a luxury skincare destination seeking a Client Coordinator who is polished, organized, and genuinely
passionate about skincare and makeup.

YOU’RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU:

• Love skincare and makeup (required)
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Are confident with computers and scheduling systems
• Have strong customer service experience
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Are coachable and eager to grow in the skin care industry

RESPONSIBILITIES:

‍

• Deliver exceptional client service in person, by phone, text, and email
• Manage scheduling, check-in, and check-out
• Support retail sales and overall office flow
• Maintain a polished front desk, greet clients warmly, and remain on your feet for much of the day

DETAILS:

• 30–35 hours per week | No weekends
• Pay based on experience and demonstrated skill
